He will work closely with Operations and Production Teams to ensure continuedfunctionality of Instrumentation, Electrical equipment and systems in order to achieve production goals.Responsibilities include:* Ensures that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner inaccordance with the company's policies and procedures.* Ensure that the plant technical integrity is protected by managing instrumentationand electrical equipment in line with the commitments made as part of the safetycase performance standards and design assumptions* Ensure readiness of Process Control System for Ichthys Production facilities start-up* Developing preventive maintenance tasks and assuring reliability of instrument andelectrical equipment.* Manage the administration and record keeping of instrumentation and electricalequipment information and liaise with other functions as required* Develop other engineers including graduates* Develop instrument competencies requirementsSkills required for Instrumentation & Electrical Engineer - Control Systems* Degree in Instrumentation and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.* Knowledge in dealing with emergency switchgear, automatic transfers and generatorswill be required.* Significant experience covering hazardous area inspection programs forinstrumentation and electrical areas.Remarks If you're looking for an opportunity to contribute to a project that willhave an enduring impact on the Angolan energy industry, this is it.
