OPERATIONS MANAGER for a Multinational (US Based) Manufacturing firm in Ortigas > Between 35 - 45 years old. > Must be able demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written): fluent both in English and Filipino, concise and clear speech, exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. > Demonstrated success leading and developing teams. > With at least 5 years of in depth experience in Operations Management, manufacturing and logistics > Preferably with bachelor's degree in either Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
